Separate the checks
Distinguish your right to stay and work in Poland, the driving document accepted by Uber and the taxi documentation attached to the operator and car. A fleet arrangement does not replace every check. List the documents you already hold before choosing a starting date.
Agree responsibilities
Ask who verifies each item, who submits it and which originals you bring in person. Record the car registration and operator named in the documentation. Do not assume a vehicle document from a previous car also covers its replacement.
Use the proper channel
Keep control of your own driver account and use official support. A general enquiry form is for your name, phone and city, not passport scans or medical certificates. Ask where a required document should be submitted before sharing it.
Before the first shift
Confirm vehicle and account status, the agreement language and how to read your settlement. Ask which tasks remain after the fleet completes its part.
