How much does an Uber driver earn in Poland?

Vehicles used for Uber rides in Poland

There is no reliable single monthly income figure for every Uber driver in Poland. The amount depends on the city, trips completed, time online, vehicle costs and the agreement with the fleet partner. App revenue is not the same as take home income.

Calculate the amount left after costs

Start with trip revenue and any promotions shown in your statement. Subtract the platform fees and the partner's fees under your current agreement. Then include fuel or electricity, vehicle rent or depreciation, servicing, insurance, and the taxes and social contributions that apply to your contract.

Result = trip revenue and promotions โˆ’ platform fees โˆ’ partner fees โˆ’ vehicle costs โˆ’ applicable taxes and contributions. Divide the result by all hours worked, including waiting for rides, to compare different schedules fairly.

Keep a weekly record

  1. Record trips, hours online and total kilometres, including travel without a passenger.
  2. Save the app statement showing payments, adjustments and deductions.
  3. Record fuel or charging costs and a share of rent, insurance, maintenance and repairs.
  4. Check the partner's settlement and the tax treatment of your agreement.
  5. Compare several complete weeks instead of relying on one unusually busy day.

Questions to ask before you start

Ask for a current written fee schedule, payment frequency, rules for promotions, vehicle rental terms and a clear list of costs you pay yourself. Check the official Uber requirements in Poland for the documents and vehicle conditions. For an offer from Departner, leave your contact details.
