Privacy policy of kierowca-uber.pl
Updated: 18 October 2026.
Who handles your information
The portal operator (Administrator serwisu kierowca-uber.pl) and data controller is DEPartner sp. z o.o., ul. Opolska 12/106, 31-323 Kraków, Poland. Contact for data protection matters: iod@kierowca-uber.pl.
When you ask about driving in Poland
The contact request contains your name, telephone number and selected city. We attach a request identifier, the originating portal, language, landing page and campaign parameters present in the URL (utm_*, gad_*, and click identifiers). An Analytics client identifier is attached only when available after analytics consent. These details help the authorised DEPartner team answer your enquiry and attribute it to this portal.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use the contact details to answer the request and take steps towards a contract at your request, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Handling general enquiries, keeping the service secure, identifying duplicate requests and protecting legal claims rely on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Optional Google Analytics measurement relies on consent under Article 6(1)(a). Source attribution supplied with the request is kept separately from optional analytics cookies.
Recipients and storage
Applications go into DEPartner's private CMS inbox. A backup email is sent to the recruitment mailbox and a protected copy is kept outside the public website directory. Authorised staff and hosting, email and IT service providers may process information for these purposes. The form does not send your application documents to Uber or Bolt. Do not submit identity documents or medical information through the contact form.
Retention
We keep enquiry information while it is needed to answer you and handle the resulting recruitment or cooperation process. Where a contract follows, retention depends on its performance and applicable record-keeping duties. Information required for legal claims may be kept until the relevant limitation period expires. You can ask the controller about the period applying to your enquiry.
Optional measurement
Google Analytics starts only after acceptance. We measure visits, phone-link clicks and successfully saved applications, using a request identifier rather than your name or telephone number. Advertising storage and advertising personalisation remain disabled. Google Ireland Limited provides the analytics service; processing may involve countries outside the EEA under the applicable transfer safeguards. Details are available in Google's privacy policy. Use “Privacy settings” on this site to change or withdraw analytics consent. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Your browser may also block or remove cookies.
Your rights
Depending on the legal basis, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to iod@kierowca-uber.pl. You can complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Providing contact details is voluntary, but we need a name, phone number and city to handle the application. There is no solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects in this contact form.
